2. The organiser shall arrange the mode of attendance in accordance with attendees’ preference and other considerations. Owing to the limitations of spaces at the event venue and quota of the online capacity, there is no guarantee on the selected mode of attendance. For counting the login time, please remember to LOGOUT the webinar when you intend to leave the event.
4. The Forum will be cancelled if circumstances occur e.g. No. 8 typhoon signal or above / black rainstorm warning / extreme weather condition is hoisted at or after 12pm that the Forum cannot be held on that day. Please follow the latest information uploaded to the Forum's main website.
5. The organiser reserves the rights on the final decision and to make any changes without prior notice.

Notes:

1. As a general principle, attendees should attend the webinar at office hour at their workplace. Owing to the limitation of workplace environment and HA's network capacity, with the exception of directorates, all other HA/HD staff would not be able to log in the webinar through their office's PC. Attendees are advised to discuss with his/her supervisor in advance to choose the most suitable attendance option.
2. Your attendance, no matter which option is chosen, will be recorded and sent to T&DC for inputting into the training record. (Terms and conditions No. 3 should be fulfilled.)
