Target: Co-organisers, Supporting Organisations, Housing Authority Contractors and Service Providers, Housing Authority / Housing Department Staff, Professional Institutions, Safety Personnel, Staff and Students of Higher Educational Institutions
Registration Fee: free of charge

Hong Kong Housing Authority is highly concerned about the safety in Housing Authority Works and Property Management Service. This annual Safety Forum is co-organised by the Housing Authority, the Occupational Safety and Health Council and the Construction Industry Council, with external standing members of the Housing Department Site Safety Sub-committee, the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Limited and the Hong Kong General Building Contractors Association Limited as supporting organisations.
 
Inspiring presentations and experience sharing on the theme “Enhancing Occupational Safety and Health by Risk Management and Innovation and Technology” will be brought forward in the coming event covering new works, maintenance and improvement works, and property management services.
 
Terms and Conditions:
  1. This Forum will be conducted in Cantonese.
  2. Attendance certificate will be sent to attendants via e-mail. To obtain attendance certificate, the attendee should meet the following requirements:
    • Attend in person: Attendees should check in and check out at the Registration Counter for recording the duration of attendance.
    • Join the webinar: Attendees who join the webinar on the event day should attend 90% of the webinar (in terms of total login time) and answer 70% of quiz questions. Total login hours and number of quiz answered would be based on the system record. For counting the login time, please remember to LOGOUT the webinar when you intend to leave the event.
    • The attendance certificate is not applicable for HA/HD staff, HA/HD staff’s attendance record would be sent to T&DC for training record.
  3. The Forum will be cancelled if circumstances occur e.g. No. 8 typhoon signal or above / black rainstorm warning / extreme weather condition is hoisted at or after 12pm that the Forum cannot be held on that day. Please follow the latest information uploaded to the Forum's main website.
  4. The organiser reserves the rights on the final decision and to make any changes without prior notice.
  5. Confirmation e-mail with registration QR code or webinar link will be sent to the successful applicants on or before 17 July 2024.
